Welcome to Luxe Strollers. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement between the customer and Luxe Strollers. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing.


3. Products

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, shapes, and specifications may vary slightly due to screen settings or supplier adjustments.


4. Prices

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but not after an order has been confirmed.


5. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website.

  • Payment methods include iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, and other secure gateways.

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

Spain

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Transit time: 0–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 1–7 business days.

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping (no minimum order value).

Rest of EU (Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany)

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Transit time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–8 business days.

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping (no minimum order value).

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues
If delivery is delayed or a package is damaged, email info@luxestrollers.com with your order number and photos.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. Luxe Strollers is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.


7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

Consumers within the EU have the right to return their order within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason.

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • We also accept exchanges.

  • Returned products must be new/unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Method

  • All returns are by mail only (no in-store returns).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Spain: A free pre-paid return label is included in your package (or can be sent via email on request).

  • Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For all countries, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Luxe Strollers covers the return costs.

Refunds

  • Spain: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Warranty

  • All products come with a 2-year legal warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.


9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays, loss of profit, or third-party claims.
Our total liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on Luxe Strollers, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in logistics or internet services.


12. Disputes & Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Luxe Strollers and the customer.
In case of a dispute, we first aim to find a mutual solution.
If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
