Spain: You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Items must be new/unused , in their original packaging , and in resellable condition .

All returns are by mail only. We do not currently offer in-store returns.
Return Shipping Costs

Spain: A free pre-paid return label is included in your package (or sent to you via email if requested).

Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For all countries , if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LuxeStrollers will cover the return costs.
Refunds

Spain: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges
