Returns & Refunds Policy

At LuxeStrollers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you are entitled to a hassle-free return and refund, in line with European consumer protection laws.


Return Period

Spain: You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.


Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be new/unused , in their original packaging , and in resellable condition .

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Method

  • All returns are by mail only. We do not currently offer in-store returns.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Spain: A free pre-paid return label is included in your package (or sent to you via email if requested).

  • Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For all countries , if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LuxeStrollers will cover the return costs.


Refunds

  • Spain: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method .


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for the same product or for similar items of equal value, subject to availability.
